Refund & Return Policy – Eman Trader
At Eman Trader (www.memantrader.com), we value our customers and want you to shop with confidence. However, because our products are related to beauty, cosmetics, and skincare, special conditions apply to ensure hygiene and safety for all customers.
1. Change of Mind
Please note that “change of mind” returns are not accepted. Once an order is delivered in good condition, it cannot be returned simply because you no longer want it.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Our refund and return policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition as when delivered.

3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Personal hygiene items (e.g., soaps, cleansers, masks) once packaging is broken
4. Refunds
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We only replace products if they are defective, damaged, or delivered incorrectly.

6. Shipping Returns
